QUESTIONS

Which tests are covered?

Our catalog includes SHL, CCAT, Predictive Index, Ramsay, Bennett BMCT, TSA CBT and many more. A code works for any test the candidate chooses; there is nothing to match or assign when you buy.

How do prep passes work?

Each pass comes with a code you can give to a candidate, who chooses the test they need. Each candidate gets 90 days of online course access and practice tests, starting when they activate the pass. The code is valid for 6 months from its issue date. We send passes by email after payment is confirmed.

What happens after I request a package?

We review your request and follow up by email with package details and a subscription payment link. Your prep passes are sent after payment is confirmed. Sending a request does not take payment or start a subscription.

Do unused prep passes expire?

Each pass comes with a code that is valid for 6 months from its issue date. After the candidate activates it, they get 90 days of online course access and practice tests.

Can I cancel my plan?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any month. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment and can't be cancelled mid-year. You'll receive the full terms with your payment link, before you pay.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay for 12 months upfront and save 10% compared with paying monthly.

What if my volume changes?

Plans are sized to typical monthly volume, and a Custom plan covers anything beyond that. Talk to us and we'll fit the plan to your program.
